FAQ - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HOW CAN I WITHDRAW?

After receiving the product, you have fourteen (14) days time to withdraw from the contract. Send us an e-mail and please wait for our instructions. Upon receiving the product back, Roncato Srl will refund the amount paid within 14 days, except the delivery charge.

Return back delivery is at your expenses. You may choose any courier you prefer or ask Roncato Srl directly. In this case the charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. Roncato Srl will send you a credit note for the difference.

CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM?

If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then to contact our Customer Service to request its return. We inform you that ,once confirmed, your order could not be deleted .

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization to return the products directly through our website, in the Section ''Request a Return''.  Depending on the reason for the return, you will be sent via e-mail the correct procedure to follow.

I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT DELIVERED TO ME OR IT DOESN'T FIT ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you don't like the product purchased, you can request an authorization to return the products directly through our website, in the section ''Request a Return''.  The return will be at the customer's expense and the return address is indicated in the confirmation e-mail the customer will receive.  Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse their condition will be checked and the refund will be made within approximately 30 days. No refunds are possible for products received in conditions not complying with the return terms. The refund will be automatically paid into the credit card used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation by email at the address indicated on the order.

I'VE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT ITEM TO THE ONE ORDERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Should the product received not be the same as the one you ordered, www.ciakroncatostore.com will take full responsibility for the return. HOW IS THE REFUND PROCEDURE?

After receiving the product, you have fourteen (14) days time to send it back. As soon as the product will arrive to Roncato Srl warehouse, it will be carefully checked. Once verified, the refund procedures will be undertaken during the next 14 days. Roncato Srl will refund the amount to the same customer who paid the order.
