All products in stock are delivered within 2 - 4 working days.
Deliveries to islands or areas, which are not regularly served by couriers, might need 5 - 7 working days.
The shipping status will be provided when requested by the customer.
“Made in Italy” products, which are not in stock, will be delivered within 20 – 25 days after the order.
Above transit times are “standard deliveries”.
Any order for products in stock, submitted before 10:30 AM, will be shipped in the afternoon of the same working day, upon receiving the payment.
Any order for products in stock, submitted after 10:30 AM, will be shipped in the afternoon of the next working day, upon receiving the payment.
Any order for products in stock, submitted on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, will be shipped within the first working day, upon receiving the payment.
In case of special requests by the customer, Roncato S.r.l. will inform about the needed time for delivery.
In case the minimum order quantity is not reached, customer will have to contribute to the shipping charges. The amount will be visible in the cart.
The customer will know the shipping charge amount before completing the purchase.
In August the deliveries will be done only during the first and the last week of the month.
Any order received between December 20th and January 6th will be shipped one week after this date.
Considering the big quantity of orders arriving before December 20th for the Christmas season, the deliveries might be delayed compared to the dates provided above.
Roncato S.r.l. delivers the parcel/parcels to the ground floor. Any different destination must be accurately informed when the order is submitted, together with a valid phone number of the consignee.
After receiving the parcel/parcels, the customer is required to check if the box is intact and closed by the original sealing tape. In case of tampering, opening or breaking of the package, the customer is required to sign the consignment bill with reservation of checking and to immediately inform Roncato S.r.l. by mail, fax or telephone call.
In case of clear damage to the product, the customer may refuse the delivery and return it back to the same courier.
