All products immediately available in stock are delivered within 2 - 3 working days in Italy. Abroad, depending on the country of residence, delivery may vary and in any case the order can be delivered within 48/72 Hours during normal periods. In case of special promotional days such as Black Friday, or days of increased shipment flow, orders can be delivered within at least 10 days.
In Islands or locations not regularly served by couriers in Italy, delivery times may vary from 5 to 7 days or more.
The customer can inquire about the status of the shipment using the tracking number available on our website. The tracking number will be indicated at the time of dispatch.
Made in Italy items, (Trunks, aluminum trolley cases, customized products), are produced on demand and will be dispatched within 30 working days from the time the order is placed.
For out of Italy shipments of Trunks, customized products, aluminium trolley cases, you can expect approximately 30 working days more depending on the country where the product(s) have to be delivered.
Shipments within the times indicated above are standard. For a small extra charge, you can request express delivery, which guarantees delivery within 2 working days in Italy. Abroad, orders with express delivery will be delivered within 3/5 working days.
Order requests for goods in stock sent by 10.00AM will be processed on the same working day in the afternoon after receipt of payment.
Order enquiries for goods in stock sent after 10.30AM will be processed on the afternoon of the next working day upon receipt of payment.
Order requests for goods in stock on Saturdays and Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the first working day upon receipt of payment.
In the event of special requests from the customer, such as made-to-measure or customised products, Baulificio Italiano Sorelle Roncato S.r.l. will communicate the time required for delivery.
If the minimum order quantity is not reached, a shipping fee will be charged, which is visible in the shopping cart.
Standard delivery is free of charge for orders of € 39.90 or more in Italy.
Standard delivery is free of charge for orders of € 99.00 or more in Countries out of Italy.
The customer will therefore be aware of any shipping costs before completing the purchase.
During the month of August deliveries will be made regularly during the first and last week. During the two central weeks, deliveries may be delayed but the goods will be received in Italy within 15 working days after receipt of the order. Abroad, approximately 5 days longer.
During the Christmas period and until 23 December, shipments will be regular. From 24 December until 26 December there will be no shipments, which will resume regularly from 27 December.
Due to the high volume of orders for the Christmas period, deliveries may be delayed compared to the delivery times given above.
Baulificio Italiano Sorelle Roncato S.r.l. delivers the package(s) to the ground floor. Any different destinations must be correctly communicated at the time of ordering and accompanied by a valid telephone number of the recipient.
Once the package(s) have been received, the customer must check the integrity and closure of the packaging. In the event of tampering, opening of the cartons and/or breakage of the cartons, Baulificio Italiano Sorelle Roncato S.r.l. invites its customers to sign the delivery note subject to inspection and immediately notify the supplier by e-mail, fax or voice call.
In the event of visible damage to the product, the customer may refuse delivery by the carrier, who will have meanwhile waited for the package(s) to be checked by the customer.
